OBJYX prints lamps and objects to order in Egypt. This page explains what we collect when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Your order. Name, delivery address, phone number and email, the items you ordered and any notes you add. We need these to print, deliver and collect payment for your order.
• Files you upload for a quote. Models you drop on the Print your file page are stored on our server so we can slice and price them. If you order the print, we keep the file with the order. If you don’t, it is deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Your account, if you create one: your email, password (stored encrypted) and saved addresses.
• Newsletter, only if you tick the box at checkout: your email, to send you news and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Payment

We take cash on delivery only. No card or bank details are entered on or stored by this site.

Cookies and browser storage

We use the cookies the shop needs to work: one keeps your cart between pages, and one keeps you signed in if you have an account. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

Only the courier who delivers your order sees your name, address and phone number. We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and warranty questions. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete the account. Unordered quote files are deleted after 30 days.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply to any order email from us and we’ll take care of it.
